The rolling machine for pasta and pizza was designed to obtain the desired thickness of the rolled out dough sheet or pizza and to solve problems in small and medium-sized production plants.
Due to the application system, the machine proves to be extremely practical and versatile: for example, it is possible, different thicknesses from 0.1 to 7.5 for pizza doughs. In addition, dough sheets with a width of 25 cm can be rolled out.
