Apprentice Cooking Competition

Young talents from all over Switzerland compete against each other in an exciting competition in the cooking arena. Within just 60 minutes, they prepare a delicious fish dish from a shopping basket. This dish is then evaluated by an experienced professional judge, and at the end the winner is chosen.

The cooking competitions will take place from 09h00 to 10h00, from 10h30 to 11h30 and from 12h00 to 13h00.
