Since the launch of Hotelboard 2022, Hotelcore has combined guest services, team communication and task management in a single system, making it unique on the market. The hotel operations platform integrates perfectly with the existing products for digital guest services. These include the Digital Guest Directory, the own Hotel App, the Hotel Newspaper and the Info Channel for hotel TVs (in cooperation with Swisscom). The Hotelboard: New hotel software for team communication and task management

The Hotelboard is a communication centre, digital to-do list and noticeboard at the same time: as a hotel operations platform, it connects the different departments with each other, enables transparent communication with guests and team members and supports hotel teams in completing all daily tasks – all without paperwork, complicated workarounds and unnecessary overtime.

All employees can access the platform at any time using their smartphone or tablet - either via an app or on the web. Thanks to e-mail notifications, a search feature and intelligent filters, they can keep track of everything at all times, even when the to-do list seems to be never-ending during the high season. At the same time, the Hotelboard creates a central knowledge database for internal know-how, such as manuals, responsibilities and processes.
