Igeho Congress "community catering"
Swiss community catering is undergoing constant structural change. Conscious, age-appropriate nutrition and catering, regionality, seasonality, animal welfare and meat-free diets are just some of the growing customer demands that the communal catering sector has to meet. In addition, there are new challenges that have been exacerbated by the pandemic. Especially the Business catering area requires creative approaches with the challenges of new and flexible working models.
The "Igeho Congress Community Catering" was dedicated to these current topics, bundled and deepened them and provided a broad range of insights, best practices and concrete solutions from science and practice. In the accompanying exhibition, companies presented the appropriate solutions for their challenges. There was plenty of time for making new contacts and exchanging professional ideas during the extensive networking breakouts.
