Every year, 1/3 of global food production goes to waste. GoNiña is a Zurich-based start-up founded by ETHZ and HSG alumni that aims to tackle this huge problem. We do this by providing a platform for restaurants, bakeries & supermarkets to sell their surplus food to consumers at a discount, as well as by providing smart demand forecasts that minimise waste at its source.
