KALTE LUST is more than just ice cream.
Our milk is organic - 100%. We get part of this milk from the Jersey cows of the Badertscher family from Madiswil. The Demeter Jersey milk from the Burri family in Hofstatt forms the other part of the basis of our ice cream. The milk from these special cows has a higher fat content (5-6%) and protein content (4%) than conventional milk and thus provides more flavour when licking ice cream. Fair ice cream also needs fair milk. We support animal welfare with voluntarily increased milk prices.
For sustainable and climate-neutral ice cream licking, we primarily process regional raw materials. Our fruit comes from local farms whenever possible, and ingredients such as vanilla and organic chocolate are sourced from environmentally friendly sources. Even the sugar originates in Switzerland. Our ice cream is personal, regional, fair and varied.
