With PURITY C iQ, BRITA has succeeded in creating a digital innovation in water filtration that will revolutionise this market. The intelligent, data-controlled filter system is highly efficient, thinks for itself and solves three challenges in the daily business of service technicians and end customers: It prevents installation errors and thus calcification of the high-quality professional coffee machines. Fluctuations in water quality are reliably and automatically compensated for in favour of first-class quality. In addition, the PURITY C iQ ensures that the filter status of the existing cartridges is transparent at all times and that service calls can be planned in a targeted manner.

The system consists of the PURITY C iQ filter head and the PURITY C iQ cartridge with automatic recognition using RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) for contactless reading of the filter data. The cartridges can be registered with just a few simple steps in the third component, the BRITA iQ portal using the associated app with all common browsers and end devices: always and everywhere. All locations are recorded with their registered filter cartridges in the iQ Portal on an overview page, which makes it very easy to monitor them and plan filter changes. A traffic light logic shows the capacity status of all registered cartridges at a glance.
