"gusto" is the Swiss championship for apprentice chefs in their 2nd and 3rd year. We organize it under the patronage of the Swiss Culinary Federation. With "gusto" we are committed to sustainable vocational training and the future of the culinary industry.

This early promotion of cooking talent has more than proven its worth in recent years. Thanks to "gusto," finalists have repeatedly made contact with future employers or made it onto the Swiss junior national culinary team.
