The ultimate version of our self-cleaning full-filter hood, the PERFORMAIR+ is capable of filtering out cooking grease and treating odors in intensive cooking environments.
It features two odor treatment systems:UV-C self-cleaning : Action by UV 254nm photolysis and UV 185nm ozonolysis. Watertight, self-cleaning system in combination with the Performair system. UV-C tube life: 12,000 hours.
Carbon filters: filtration of odorous particles particles. Cartridges are positioned in a dedicated, interchangeable module.
This function is compatible with dynamic ventilation management systems for optimized energy consumption and maintenance.
