Smart solution to the shortage of skilled workers

For host and business manager Ralph Kübler, it is important that the food can be presented in an inviting way in a showcase, that it stays warm for a long time, that an appliance can be used in an energy-saving way and that technical service is guaranteed on site. The fact that the shortage of skilled workers can be counteracted at the same time is another plus point for him. He saves six to eight jobs, he notes. He employs a total of 20 people. The food portions are scooped by the kitchen staff and individually adapted to the guests' needs. This is also in line with the food waste concept, another highlight for the host. The Culinario system from Beer Grill AG in Villmergen thus optimally meets his requirements.
