With the Pacojet, market-fresh ingredients can be used to make a wide variety of high-quality dishes: sorbets, ice creams, farces, mousses, soups, concentrates, doughs, batters, drinks, and much more.

Efficiency and sustainability

With the Pacojet, you benefit from highly efficient workflows – time-intensive tasks such as peeling become unnecessary. Dishes are made in a sustainable and cost-effective way, with zero waste (incl. high-quality flavor and nutrient carriers such as fruit peel and vegetable stems) and no excess production.

Flexibility

Pacojet provides maximum flexibility in the kitchen, thanks to the use of deep-frozen foods that are prepared in advance and available any time, fresh and quick, when needed for service. Pacojet is a profitable investment with an amortization within six months.

The Pacojet 4

To mark the company’s 30th anniversary, Pacojet launched a new generation of devices in 2022: the Pacojet 4 stands out with its many new features, including the option of pacotizing® certain recipes in just 90 seconds; a large touchscreen offering intuitive user guidance with an animated assistance feature; and a smart device detection mode to protect against misuse. The new Pacojet is exceptionally quiet while providing outstanding results in combination with maximum productivity – and therefore now meets long-held customer wishes.
