How it all began
My name is Friederike (36) and I am the inventor and patent holder of the first serving aid. For six years, I ran my own little hotel with ten rooms, a cosy bar and a restaurant specialising in upscale German cuisine. But despite the success, I was left with a product idea that had already come to my mind in 2016. That evening, we had to serve a 4-course menu for 120 people, but the external staff were still in the induction phase and couldn't carry three plates at the drop of a hat (two in one hand and one in the other). This made me think: Why is there no serving aid yet? Since that moment, I have been working on the development of the perfect serving aid.

In November 2021, I won a gold medal for special achievement at the iENA (inventors' fair) in Nuremberg. The invention was broadcast on radio and television.
