The new Salvis K-Line: Powerful for large quantities

The Salvis K-Line is a powerful modular appliance series for the preparation of large quantities in communal and social catering and the hotel industry. With intuitive KCI-Touch operation and a wide range of thermal components, it offers perfect "plug & play" kitchen solutions.

The modular Salvis K-Line technology with an installation depth of 850 mm can be individually configured for every type of room and is optionally available with the internet-enabled KCI (K-Line Cooking Intelligence) touch control or the classic toggle control. Both operating concepts are characterised by easy handling and high safety, regardless of whether they are heated electrically, with gas or with low-pressure steam.

Salvis K-Line realises practical and individual kitchen solutions according to the customer's wishes: whether wall or block arrangement, free-standing or on a plinth - the modular range of freestanding units can be combined efficiently. This simplifies cleaning and increases hygiene in the kitchen. The open basic units are produced in the hygienic H2 hygiene version.

The range is complemented by the Salvis MultipanEVO multifunction pan in GN 2/1 and GN 3/1 sizes. The dual function cooking/frying is operated via the easy-to-use KCI control. The raised KCI control leaves enough space for a GN container next to the cooking/frying surface.

The infrared heating system brings the frying surface to the operating temperature of 230°C (tested according to DIN 18857-1) in only 4.5 minutes. This speeds up production processes and saves energy-guzzling preheating times.
